Your employment

Employment type: Permanent full-time. Start date according to agreement. A probationary period may occur.

Your tasks

As a service assistant, you will perform service tasks for our users such as cleaning, laundry, and other household chores. This may also involve some cleaning in our common areas. Other tasks may be added based on personal suitability and competence.

The work is varied, and you will work both independently and together with colleagues within the unit. As a service assistant, you contribute to the development and quality assurance of the operations.

The working hours are scheduled during weekdays, Monday to Friday.

You who are applying

We are looking for someone who has an interest and preferably experience in service or cleaning, where aspects such as cleaning, hygiene, service, and interaction are included. To perform the role of service assistant, good language skills in Swedish or Swedish as a second language at a basic level are required.

The service assistant has a strong interest and desire to work in the field. We are looking for someone who has a good ability to provide service, meet people, and collaborate with both the elderly, relatives, and other employees.

You are meticulous, organized, good at communicating and following instructions, but also have the ability to independently see what needs to be done. To succeed in the role, you need to be service-oriented, responsible, and attentive to maintaining high quality in your work.

It is meritorious if you have professional experience in the field.

Since Dorotea municipality is a Sámi administrative area, we see it as meritorious if you have good knowledge of the South Sámi culture and South Sámi as a language.

Conditions

If you are a citizen outside the EU/EES or Switzerland, you need to attach a valid work permit and be able to present a valid ID.
